The Lowdown...
Scott Schauer is a top photographer in the Phoenix Metro area that owns four websites to promote different aspects of his photography business. Scott contracted me to help improve the look, functionality and search engine rankings of all four websites.Arizona-Portrait-Photography.com is one of his sites. The original design was actually pretty nice looking so we kept about 80% of that. There were multiple SEO issues with the site however, and the entire website was coded using frames and tables.
I went through every page and re-coded using HTML and CSS. Next I created a new flash gallery. Additionally, I linked to all of Scott’s other websites in the footer of every page. Finally, I tweaked the text, Meta tags and page title. The site now ranks #1 on Google search under various key search terms.
